These terms cover using this site and joining the Founding List. A complete version, including full purchase terms, is published before the first purchase window opens.
The Founding List is free
Joining the GET GLOSSED Founding List costs nothing. There are no membership fees, no annual fees and no recurring charges of any kind.
Joining is not an order
Joining the list does not create an order and does not reserve inventory. It gives you the private reveal, advance notice and the first purchase link for each limited seasonal drop.
Every purchase is optional and individual
Each drop is purchased individually at the time you choose to buy it. There are no automatic shipments and no automatic recurring charges, and you are never obligated to purchase a drop.
Prices and terms shown before checkout
Prices, shipping charges, delivery information and return terms are displayed before you complete a purchase.
Limited inventory
Every drop is produced in a limited quantity. Availability is not guaranteed, a drop can sell out during the private-access window, and once a drop sells out it is retired and not restocked.
Accurate information
Please use your own contact details when joining the list so we can reach you about drop access.
Brand and content
The GET GLOSSED name, wordmark and site content belong to us. Please don’t reuse them without permission.
Company details and governing law
The registered business name, mailing address, support email address and governing jurisdiction are confirmed by the owner and added here before the first purchase window opens.
