Returns
Return windows and eligibility for limited seasonal drops are being finalized with the owner. Because every drop is produced once and retired, exchanges for a different release are not possible.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed for each order before checkout. Destinations, carriers and delivery timelines are confirmed for each drop before it opens for purchase.
